New students please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a Students Information sheet, and Waiver form. Wear comfortable clothing to workout in, and bring a towel and water bottle.

Wednesday classes will continue at 7:15pm but will be upstairs now due to a change in some dance classes downstairs.
The Friday Children's class will resume THIS Friday, Sept 11 at 6:30pm, upstairs.
