Mon - Keizer 7-8pm all students
Tue - Salem 7:45 - 8:45 Teens & Adults
Wed - Keizer 5:30 - 6:30 all
Wed - Salem 7:15 - 8:15 all
Thu - No classes
Fri - Salem 6:45 - 7:30, ages 6-11
Fri - Salem Sparring this week (usually 1st & 3rd Fri's)
See "Weekly Class Schedule" for exact days & times each week. Make sure to click on the correct Schedule for either Salem, or Keizer.
New students please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a Student Information sheet, and Waiver form. Wear comfortable clothing to workout in, and bring a towel and water bottle.
