*For the classes & times below, "Lil Ninjas" are ages 6-7 with 30 minute classes. "Tigers" are ages 7-12 with 45 minute classes. Teen/Adults are 60 minute classes.
NOTE: Tigers who are 12 may stay in the Tiger class, or join the Teen/Adult class if they are more mature, bigger, and/or more athletic, or are a higher belt rank. Talk to Mr. Reason first.
Thursday classes typically involve more work on kicking the paddles, strength training, and cardio.

New students, wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to fill out a Student Information sheet and a Health Waiver.
